About Us...

Our parish was first started as a mission of the Catholic Church in Petaluma in 1914.  It officially became a parish in 1918.  St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cotati, CA is dedicated to the Universal Call to Holiness. In other words, your sanctity in your ordinary life.

It gives me great joy to share with you that our parish now has a subscription to FORMED, a premier online platform filled with over 4,000 Catholic studies, movies, audio dramas, talks, e-books, and even cartoons for our children.

FORMED has content from over 60 apostolates, including Augustine Institute, Ignatius Press, and the Knights of Columbus, with material that is professionally produced, engaging, and solid in its catechism. Best of all, this material is free to you.

Much of FORMED’s content is available in both English and Spanish.  Click HERE to sign up for FORMED.

My hope is that you feel welcomed and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and make it your spiritual home

I look forward to meeting you.

Fr. Raúl Lemus, Pastor
